YZ Aliphatic High-Efficiency Superplasticizer — a carbonyl furfural-type anionic surfactant synthesized by acetone sulfonation. Classified as a second-generation high-efficiency superplasticizer, compatible with industrial and civil construction projects.
Chemical name: Acetone sulfonated formaldehyde condensate (aliphatic hydrocarbon main chain). Available in two forms:
Liquid: Brown-red / reddish-brown. Solid content 30%–35%, density 1.15–1.20 g/cm³
Powder: Brown-red powder. Solid content ≥90%, moisture ≤7%
Standard: GB 8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures" first-grade product. Highlights include high water reduction, early strength, low crystallization, and high cost-performance ratio. Suitable for industrial and civil buildings, bridges, water conservancy, and other projects.

| Performance Index | Technical Parameters | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Water Reduction Rate | 16%–24% | High-efficiency grade ≥14% |
| 3d Strength Increase | +50%–70% vs. reference | Achieves 60%–70% of design strength |
| 7d Strength Increase | Achieves 100% of design strength | Significant early-strength effect |
| 28d Strength Increase | +30%–40% | Stable late-stage strength growth |
| Slump Retention | Basically no loss at 60 min; 10%–20% loss at 90 min | Suitable for long-distance pumping |
| Air Content | ≤3.0% | Low air entrainment, minimal impact on strength |
| Cl⁻ / Alkali Content | ≤0.01% / ≤2.5% | No rebar corrosion risk |
| Low-temp Stability | No precipitation/crystallization at −5°C to 5°C | Superior to naphthalene-based; winter-friendly |
| Comparison | YZ Aliphatic | Naphthalene-based | Polycarboxylate (PCE) |

| Price Level | Medium | Low | High |
| Cost-Performance | ★★★★★ | ★★★☆ | ★★★★ |
Water reduction rate close to PCE, fast strength growth. Ideal for early/high-strength concrete (C40–C60).
No precipitation at −5°C to 5°C. No heating required in winter. Lower construction costs, superior to naphthalene-based products.
Compatible with long-distance transport (60–90 min). Can be compounded with sodium gluconate to further reduce slump loss.
Lower price than PCE, better performance than naphthalene-based. An ideal upgrade replacement.
No formaldehyde, non-flammable, non-toxic. Suitable for marine/sulfate-resistant engineering. Safer to use.
Recommended Dosage: Liquid 1.0%–1.5% (by weight of cementitious material; C30–C50 commonly uses 1.2%); Powder 0.5%–1.0% (commonly 0.8%)
Compatible Cements: OPC, slag cement, fly ash cement; good compatibility with naphthalene-based / amino / PCE admixtures
