Regularly visit customers, collect market feedback, and assist in formulating regional sales strategies. Follow up on contract signing, shipment arrangements, and payment collection to meet monthly sales targets.

Responsible for overseas customer development and maintenance in target markets including Southeast Asia, Africa, and Middle East. Handle the full process of inquiry, quotation, contract negotiation, and order follow-up. Coordinate production, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure timely export delivery. Independently handle customs declaration and related documentation.

Participate in formula design and process optimization for chemical products such as cement grinding aids and concrete superplasticizers. Conduct new raw material evaluation and performance testing, organize experimental data, and write technical reports. Cooperate with the sales department to provide technical support and assist in handling product application issues and technical consultations from customers.

Responsible for formulating and implementing daily production plans, reasonably allocating personnel and equipment, ensuring efficient connection of each process. Lead on-site safety management, standardize operating procedures, and prevent production accidents. Compile production data, analyze anomalies, organize corrections, and continuously improve product pass rate and production efficiency.

Sample and test incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products according to industry standards. Issue test reports and manage archiving. Maintain testing instruments and equipment, ensure measuring instruments are regularly calibrated in compliance. Participate in preparation and update of quality system documents; track and feed back quality anomaly information to drive closed-loop handling.

Responsible for warehousing operations including receipt inspection, shelving, and outbound delivery of raw materials and finished products. Establish and maintain inventory ledgers, conduct regular stock counts to ensure records match actual inventory. Coordinate vehicle and transportation route arrangements, track cargo in transit, and ensure orders are delivered on time.

Responsible for recruitment needs docking, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Complete all procedures for employee onboarding and offboarding. Manage daily attendance, payroll calculation, and performance evaluation assistance. Organize employee training and corporate culture activities; handle labor relations affairs and external administrative reception.
